If I could give this hotel -5 stars I would!!! Let me start off by saying there were dead calcified roaches, a nasty nail clipping, dirt and dust everywhere. The room had an overall dirty appearance! I went to the front dest and was greated by a virtual staff member. He seemed to care less about the roach problem. I requested a room change or a refund but was denied both. I was told that there were no more rooms available and the cleaning people would be over to "clean". The cleaning people came in the room with a broom and ... read more
