Came in and had to speak to a virtual assistant. I asked if there would be an actual person on site and was told “yes, later” which means either now (5pm) or later at like at 2am for all I know. While I was in the lobby, checking in with the virtual assistant, (note, I already did pre-check but his system apparently wasn’t working so I had to start the process over when I arrived) I looked around and noticed the waffle maker, out of all things, was out of order, they just had cereal dispensers with cereal that one can only h... read more

When in the area I stay here often never had any issues. love the marsh view. Simple accommodations easy check in good value

This place should be shut down. Seriously. No front desk personnel. Talking to a kiosk and there is a person from out of the country taking their sweet time doing whole bunch of nothing.. On top of that a $50 deposit is required on top of purchase. Rooms were disgustinggggggg! Sliding doors do not lock. The whole building is falling apart terribly. The hallways reeks of cigarette and weed smells despite their no smoking policy. Mold everywhere. Furniture has tape on it. I was so scared of bugs. We showered and slept in my ca... read more
