As someone who travels frequently for both business and leisure, I’ve stayed in everything from budget-friendly motels to high-end resorts. I don’t expect luxury at every price point, but I do expect the basics to be done right. Unfortunately, this hotel missed the mark on several fronts. Upon entering the room, the air was noticeably stale, giving the impression that it hadn’t been properly aired out or ventilated in quite some time. Henry was awesome. Housekeeping kept my room cleaned my entire stay. Would definitely be back
Property is deplorable manager was rude and nasty I don’t recommend
Location is great, but horrible stay. The virtual experience left a LOT to be desired as far as customer service is concerned. The outdoor area is infested with yellow jackets (they swarm the pool while swimming and we saw several nests around the outside of the hotel). The worst thing, though, is that we are now fighting a roach infestation from something that apparently came home with us from the hotel! We never had roaches before, and now we're suddenly plagued by them in our home and started noticing them a couple of day... read more
