I made a reservation for my wife and daughter. They were coming into town late and had to go directly the event they were attending. My wife left a message saying that she would be late, and I called the front desk and confirmed that it didn't matter when they checked in. But when they came to the hotel, they found out that their reservation had been canceled and that there were no vacancies. Never go here.
The new staff don't deliver your mail. Coffee is always cold! The pool is permanently out of order! There is mold in the room! To get clean sheets and towels you have to wait up to 7 days! No smoke detectors in the rooms!

Stay anywhere but here, the LA Quinta is even better, somehow.
