It's NOT a hotel!! It's an APARTMENT building. Please whatever you do, DON'T book here. This is a disgrace on most of the Wyndham Hotels chains. I don't even think Corporate knows any of this. I have yet to hear back from corporate. I have/had a case open #09802255. It's apparent the property was contacted the same time the case was generated. +Room very clean, microwave, fridge etc. +Quiet, great bed +Friendly polite staff +Low cost (on site) -Broken window in lobby -2 cereals, raisin Bran was totally empty and people complained that the fruit loops tasted stale. -Highly unsanitary setup for Continental breakfast with shared gallon jug of milk on counter, and bottle of orange juice for people to share, where everyone can get their fingers/hands all over the nozzle/mouth (instead of individual containers or a juice dispenser). -Hot coffee remaining in Bunn pot (ns... read more
We checked in for a weekend stay, while Mile of Music was going on. The outside is brightly colored in Orange, Blue, and Whites, their is one of the many Winged Lions around Appleton at the front door. The gentleman that checked us in was kind. However upon arrival towards our room, is when I started noticing that maybe this hotel is not all that it seems.
