The linen was all clean, but the room smelled like stale smoke from 30 years ago embedded in the carpet. The bathroom was gross and needs to be renovated. We chose not to shower. The hallways all need to be gutted and renovated too. Outdoor balcony needs to be updated also.
Charged me for booking and wouldn’t let me cancel even though my event was canceled due to weather. Charged me the full amount. Will not ever book with this chain again
The room was old & dirty. The carpets were stained. The sliding glass door was filthy & had bird poop on it. The patio chairs were also filthy, & the patio was also covered in poop & feathers. The bathtub was worn & full of scratches. The light switches were from 1960. The hallways were musty and dank.
