My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently for one night and came woke up the next morning with bed bug bites.
It’s OK. Rooms are mediocre. Nothing special. We came there as a group and one of the people in our group found used syringes in the refrigerator. All they did was move him into another room. They should have comped the room instead. Same weekend there was a leak from water above. They did the same thing didn’t even discount the room. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. But they should have a little more authority to take care of guest once an inconvenience happens and house cleaning could do a little bit better job.
We had stayed in the past and loved it,but unfortunately they have let the place decline really bad,nothing in our room works
