The area is sketchy apparently there was a murder or a major crime scene around the area when I was visiting for work. Terms of the hotel, it's stuck in the 70s. I was paranoid about the area that I moved the couch to block the door to my room when I went sleep and discovered a lot of dead roaches underneath the couch. I was there for an emergency. I kept having to extend my stay and they worked me everyday and refunded an extra night I ended up not needing. They even asked about my partner showing a level of care you don’t see in the bigger hotels. The room was large, clean, smelled clean to, not like bleach or anything just that clean smell you can get. I came back after 14 hours at the hospital to a made bed, emptied trash, clean towels, and the cups restocked.

I booked a 7-day room from February 7 to 14 for a total of $500.8, the order number is 829462202. Because of an emergency at home, I did not go to the hotel to check in. I have notified the website, and the website told me that the refund can only be made after the hotel confirms it. Please ask the hotel to confirm and inform the website as soon as possible so that I can get the 6-day check-out money.
