Room was dirty towels with hair. They say breakfast included but is not. They said they don't have any supplies.

I just have to say that there is a dude named JJ at the front desk. He is one of the best workers this place has everyone else is always taking so long not knowing what’s going on and these people been longer at their job then this dude JJ there’s nothing wrong with the hotel. It’s a beautiful place beautiful rooms, beautiful environment. The lobby was locked and had to use a walk up window to state you had reservations (if that tells you about the area) then they'd unlock the door. It was not clean, you could see tennis shoe dirt marks in the floors from where they "mopped", visible pubic hairs on bathroom wall and toilet. No shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste provided. The room smelled.
