I was using the "office chair" to sit outside of my room while video chatting with my wife and 2 daughters and an employee from this establishment made their way up to my room to inform me that I could not use said chair outside of my room .... ok.

I have been here for 2 weeks with my family and my dog and I appreciate how good the staff is they switched my room for my father in law safety

Room was dirty towels with hair. They say breakfast included but is not. They said they don't have any supplies.

I just have to say that there is a dude named JJ at the front desk. He is one of the best workers this place has everyone else is always taking so long not knowing what’s going on and these people been longer at their job then this dude JJ there’s nothing wrong with the hotel. It’s a beautiful place beautiful rooms, beautiful environment. They just need more people like JJ at the front desk because all the other ones just act like they don’t know what they’re doing, but been there for so long long story short I had a broken ... read more

Hello all my name is Jerome and I am a friend of Frank who has been staying here. I am writing to say how much I appreciate the staff and management is. They are very helpful and friendly.
