The fact that this place sits in the heart of Aiken in the busy Whiskey Road area sets it apart from most lower star hotels. Its nestled right in the heart of it all. Rooms could be much better and the services that they do offer could be much better as well. What makes this place wonderful is the fact that you have everything at your disposal while staying here.
Quiet rooms.
Room was very dirty- the carpet on the floor had visible dirt on it - leaves, crumbs, etc. it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. There was food wrappers still on the floor near the bedside table, the fire alarm was taken off the wall, leaving a hole. The couch was absolutely FILTHY with stains. The mattress and sheets seemed cleaned, but had old stains on them as well. The bathroom was the only space that looked like someone cleaned it. Amazing customer service!!! The rooms are very out dated! Dirt and cobwebs on the ceiling. They didn't even have fitted sheets.
