Zero stars. This place would not refund me for a booking i made. I would have stayed if the place wasn't so disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the lobby, nobody to greet me at 7pm when i tried to check in, and no cameras in the parking lot. The owners are happy to take advantage of people who don't read the fine print in their cancellation policy. I was charged for a room i didn't even see. What the heck!?
Don't stay here. Booked online based on reviews and pictures, do not be deceived. This hotel is nothing like its online representation, locally it is know as a place of ill repute. It is featured on the news for the criminal activities that occur, do your due dilligence and potentially save your life, do not stay here. Staff is unfriendly at best, refusing us at arrival, thank goodness. They ask for different forms of payment than what was originally used for booking, very suspicious.
This place was absolutely great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the room were clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was very very nice. Would highly recommend this motel for any type of stay. Thank you for the wonderful service! (OH by the way they are pet friendly even cats!!) Make this place your go to place to stay in Appleton!
