After leaving the Oregon Convention Center, I decided to walk around the corner and catch my Uber from here. Never went inside
The rooms should be better, but they’re not the worst that I’ve ever seen, they are large and spacious. The ice machine never works. The pool is shut down and the nighttime staff is nicer and more helpful than the woman that works in the mornings. She happens to be pretty rude. It is always on her phone screaming at someone whenever I go in the lobby when she’s working. Oh add there’s only like 10 channels and weak WiFi.
There was no breakfast..a pack of 2 mini muffins kept behind the desk is not free breakfast included.
My husband had his car broken into and tens of thousands of dollars in mechanics tools stolen, along with other very valuable items. The owner had the audacity to blame it on him. The negligence and attitude of these people is absolutely unbelievable. Luckily, we have lawyers in the family. This place needs to be shut down.
