I rarely leave negative reviews but I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The first room we were given was filthy and had a strong smoke odor, despite being a non-smoking room. There was hair in the bathtub, the bedding and towels did not appear fresh, and the floors were visibly dirty. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. A very outdated hotel that provided hot shower, comfortable bed and close to long-term parking garages that offer shuttles to the airport within minutes.

The room was swelteringly hot! It’s been 90 degrees in Phoenix and they don’t run the air conditioning before you arrive. We arrived to try and sleep before our morning flight and had to turn the AC on to cool the room down. It was hours before we could sleep in the room. We were laying in a room we paid $$ for sweating. We called the front desk and were told all the rooms are like that. They don’t run the AC before someone checks in. The lobby smells of urine, and the staff was no help...so we left and opted to spend 4 times the amount for a much better place with a clean environment and a much better staff.

Room was not clean, no water issues when we first got in. No breakfast even though you advertise as such.
