Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a gold bracelet because a link had broken, and they soldered the link back together. I was able to pick it up about an hour later. Unfortunately, only two weeks later, the bracelet broke in the exact same spot where it had been repaired. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering how recently the repair had been done. I originally took a watch in for repair in mid April. I initially paid $300+ for the repair. I’ve since had it back two additional times. I just pick it up, 4 months later. Still not working even close to how it should. I’m very disappointed. I’ll be looking for another watch repair service. The staff was friendly.
Howard Jewellers is certainly the best place to go in the area. I went to almost every jeweller looking for the best option for an engagement ring. Their professionalism stood out far amongst the rest. In fact I’ll be going there for all my jewelry needs from now on. Rita specifically was an absolute pleasure! Thank you Howard Jewellers !
