Had a good experience today, went in to purchase a specific watch, it was in stock and I got a good price. However when I left the store upon further inspection, I noticed some scratches. The owner was very kind and offered to replace the watch. I was able to look past the minor imperfections and was given a further discount. The owner was more than fair with me and very respectful as well. Thank you Sam and Helen!

Needed lever back on pearl earring tightened.Advised they were not able to repair it; however, they broke it trying. Post is damaged and now unwearable. Very poor experience, would not recommend !
