I’ve been going to this jewellery store for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with all of my needs. They take the time to explain things clearly and never make you feel rushed or pressured. It’s an honest and fair jeweller that I trust and would highly recommend.

Went to exchange the gift I was given by my boyfriend. Staff and manager stayed after hours making sure I liked the ring and gave us a great deal on the new ring. Highly recommended.
It’s all about the sale. We had to exchange a Christmas present. It couldn’t be exchanged until Jan 3 (after the boxing day sales?) No refunds. Vlad was very inflexible and ended up exchanging the item for a lesser valued piece for the same price. Sadly, the owner, who gave us a good price on the original item was not there. Nancy was very helpful thus the 2 star rating vs 1. Other jewellers offer refunds.
