I have to agree 100% with the other negative posts here regarding Dr. Howard’s staff! They never answer the phone...straight to voicemail. Have left 3 messages to no avail. My elderly mother needs surgery in Seattle and I can’t get them to respond to send the images to the surgeon in Seattle. His staff will not help you in anyway, to get reimbursement from your insurance especially a Health Re-imbursement account. I contacted them over three weeks ago with a simple request was blown off. Their lack of assistance has left 1650.00 out of pocket that could have easily taken care with a simple letter stating it was a medical procedure and not dental. But they refuse to do so. The doctor is great but his staff ruins an otherwise great professional.
find out if customers ins. is accepted before asking for money. very rude
Really great experience! Gave great advice for my jaw troubles - really knows his stuff! He sent me back to my regular dentist for a new night guard, because that would save me money. I love that kind of honesty and integrity!
Dr. Howard treated me for TMJ issues years ago, when his practice was in Seattle. I feel that he literally 'saved my life' when he fitted me for a mouth guard and continued to see me for adjustments, consults, etc. Then he moved to Spokane, and I've been unable to find someone I can contact for my TMJ issues that are currently driving me nuts. Can you recommend someone who practices east of Lake Washington? I prefer not to go into Seattle. Traffic is horrendous.
