Horrible- his bed side manner My daughter was in labor at 20 weeks and the man seems to have no empathy or concern or anything to help my daughter. This was my daughter’s first pregnancy as well. Her beautiful , perfect baby passed away that morning after he was born. When Dr Matthew Mason finally got to her room , he came into the room like we were bothering him. Dr Henchy and is staff are great. Everyone is so welcoming and the Dr explains everything very well. Did not wait that long to be seen. From making an appointment to actual visit was great!! Thank you
She is a top notch medical professional. Her kindness, empathy, knowledge and patience is hard tocome by. Despite me being her very last appointment on what I’m sure was a very busy day, she answered every question, offered suggestions, eased my concerns, and made my examination very comfortable.
He is always very thorough with diagnosing and provides education on any health matters that come up. He has a great bedside manner. You can tell he cares about the people that see him. I cannot recommend this man as a PCP enough!
Julie knows what she does, but she is a rude, unfriendly woman, she made me feel bad on several occasions during my check-up appointment. I sincerely expected a better treatment, I hope that she changes her bad character, and that I have more empathy for her patients.
Julie goes above and beyond to care for her patients. I followed her to North Oaks because I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of me. She is the best!
