Finding a psychiatrist within your network is challenging. Having to deal with an overworked, stressed out secretary who has her own opinions about how I should handle my children's MD needs is completely inappropriate, rude and disappointing. Sending this kind of energy over the phone is a bad representation to Dr. Klapman. I don't care how great or busy he is. It's enough to send me elsewhere, so I apologize for the low rating, as it is not at all reflective of Dr. Klapman.
Dr. Klapman helped me through the hardest and darkest time of my life. He genuinely cares for his patients. I feel comfortable talking with him as I would my therapist. When I had no hope, he believed in me. Dr. Klapman has been a huge help during my healing.
My daughter likes Dr. Klapman. His secretary, however gets easily annoyed and rude. She hung up on me when I called to let her know that the wrong prescription was mailed to me for my daughter.
