DO NOT HIRE! My refinancing lender hired these people to do an appraisal (no idea why, since they clearly don't have a good track record here). They didn't just undervalue my home. They're straight-up incompetent. Appraiser showed up and made conversation. He said that he has a bad memory and photos of the house are not only necessary for the report, but for him to remember what house he was in. Worst appraisal service ever to exist. Comped a high-end custom built home against a bunch of cookie cutter houses in a cheap neighborhood. Avoid like bubonic plague. Guy also smokes like a chimney. Consider the one mandatory star a gift. Should be negative stars.
Do not use this there service for appraisal. They will undervalue your house every time. Stay away from them.
