Waste of time, does not return calls. Promised a quote never delivers. The problem is they said on various calls "This week", "Tomorrow", "Later today" but never delivered. A jerk move in my book by someone running a business. Don't waste people's time, just say you can't fit them in and give a recommendation.
Just a note for anyone looking for a Plumber, this company is not taking new customers. Keep looking for another provider

Unfortunately, they could not help us out for weeks and weeks and weeks to replace the wax seal on our toilet. We went with another plumbing agency. I am sure they are prompt with other customers.
