We contracted Howard Home to build our twin home in Shady Acres in Princeton. After 36 months of ongoing concern including input and support from Anderson Windows, Howard Homes refuses to acknowledge responsibility for drafts around our windows. Upon inspection by professional installers, it was discovered minimal to non-existent insulation between the windows and window extensions that have caused water damage due to frost/ice build-up. Two years ago my wife and I hired Dylan and his team to build our dream home. We had a little ups and downs. But the Howard team took care of every one of them. Not only did they exceed our expectations on our home. But the things like the front porch beams, bar door wood, and fire place mantle that where all made to fit our style knocked it out of the park for us. We'd gladly and do recommend Howard homes to anyone looking at building their dream home!
