My experience is from an auction held by the company. I wasn't able to make it to pick up items won in an auction due to illness. I reached out prior to the pick-up time and was told that it wouldn't be an issue to switch to shipping. It's now been two weeks and at this point, Paul has stopped replying to messages.
I don't understand why everyone else has had such a good review for Howard Hannah realty wooster ohio. we have had heartache repeatedly since our closing. Our realtor was excellent and we love her but since we closed no co operation. We have a receipt previous owner paid to have a dead tree removed. It is very tall. A large family owned and run company
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the realtor side of HH, I tried several times to call and get a call back and had issues with their automated system, so gave up and went with a different realty company. I did however use them to secure a mortgage and thought Jan was great as their mortgage/loan officer. She was super quick to get back to me and answer any questions throughout the process.
