I was a private seller of a home and had the displeasure of dealing with a howard hannah representative Deborah Scott whom misrepresented herself to me during our dealing by not divulging the fact that she included a commission fee to be paid by me to her. In fact she was not even the one to bring the buyer to my home but rather the buyers parent found my house and advised the buyer to reach out ne which they did directly.
