We would give 0 stars if we could. Mona Bawab was the listing agent for the house we purchased- she made the process unbearable!!! Impossible to work with she even went as far a lying and threatening us. Falsely represented the home by making it appear as though everything was in working order which it was not and used absurd excuses to postpone the closing date. Do NOT use her to sell your home and if you are looking at a property for sale by her beware.
I had the pleasure to work with Chrystal Manzare, and what an absolute pleasure. Chrystal was very patient with me and was very helpful in the process of buying a house.
