We had a very disappointing experience working with Joseph David from Howard hanna WNY. After submitting an offer on a home, we made multiple attempts to contact him for updates, but received no clear communication. Days went by with no word, and we eventually found out from our agent—through an online portal that the home had been sold. We would give 0 stars if we could. Mona Bawab was the listing agent for the house we purchased- she made the process unbearable!!! Impossible to work with she even went as far a lying and threatening us. Falsely represented the home by making it appear as though everything was in working order which it was not and used absurd excuses to postpone the closing date. Do NOT use her to sell your home and if you are looking at a property for sale by her beware.
