I would Never Ever use them again. Marty T. Didn't seem to Care much at all. I fired him to get someone else to Sell for me and She is 100% Better. Awful experience with Howard Hannah.

I was shown a place that was said to be well kept in the property description. Upon driving up to the property and with no mention in the disclosure, the roof was caving in and in need of repair or redone. When we entered the living room area, which was mentioned to have a main beam that needed to be replaced, we found another room that also needed to be replaced.
