If I could do zero stars I would. Jim Wilmoth made purchasing our home incredibly difficult. Not allowing our electrician to get into the home in order to fix the things we needed to fix before we could sign the ROC. Jim seemed out of touch with current Real Estate trends and practices. I’d argue that he intentionally provided bad council to the sellers because a simple payoff amount was delayed by more than a week! Stopped dry to drop off some paperwork for my agent. Staff was extremely courteous, and I was in and out quickly with a copy of my paperwork.
Michele and her team are incredible! They are amazing with communication, and do everything in their power to help make the deal happen! I 100% for sure will be recommending to friends and family to work with Michele. Working with them was our best decision we made in the process of buying our first home!

Michele Lux is incredible! She's extremely knowledgeable and very sweet! I always had great interactions with her! She made the process easy and very straightforward. Whenever I had a question or didn't understand something, she made it easy to understand. I couldn't recommend her anymore! 10/10 would work with again!
