Least professional business I have ever encountered. I would rather live underneath an underpass then buy a home through them. DO NOT USE! UPDATE: Buyer be aware, the response from the "owner" below should not be considered. I have emailed them to attempt to reach a resolution with no response. It was clearly an attempt to look like they care when they do not. I would avoid at all costs. There are plenty of realtors out there. Do not use Howard Hanna for anything.

Michele Lux is incredible! She's extremely knowledgeable and very sweet! I always had great interactions with her! She made the process easy and very straightforward. Whenever I had a question or didn't understand something, she made it easy to understand. I couldn't recommend her anymore! 10/10 would work with again!
Michele and her team are incredible! They are amazing with communication, and do everything in their power to help make the deal happen! I 100% for sure will be recommending to friends and family to work with Michele. Working with them was our best decision we made in the process of buying our first home!
Wish i could share a picture here of the giant hole that was left in our front yard from an Howard Hanna sign after the purchase of our home. Took me 4 phone calls to have someone come fill the 4 foot hole with dirt so my young children didn’t fall into it and get hurt while we were moving in. Then it was left for me to reseed. Our entire experience with Howard Hanna has been incredibly horrific. Buyer beware when dealing with purchasing homes from these agents.
