Bought an investment property-wich was suppose to be vacant. But to my surprise the old tenants are still living in the house and where not paying rent for a few months. Now I inherited a headache. Double wide sale the seller couldn’t find or get the ID number. This was not brought up ti I paid for an appraisal. Now the realtor is lying saying she said something bs. She didn’t say anything till I approached her ,then the seller tried to find it. I lost $750 because of ignorance not on my part .
