Wanted to look at a listing but the agent James Michalowski had an attitude because I didn't want to fill out some sort of a multiple page questionnaire before looking at it and he didn't want to waste his time if I wasn't a serious buyer.. A prequalification letter yes, but no questionares. He lost a potential buyer. Never have I needed this to look at any property before. Needs more people skills. Can't recommend him for any property I would ever look at.
Bought an investment property-wich was suppose to be vacant. But to my surprise the old tenants are still living in the house and where not paying rent for a few months. Now I inherited a headache. So the contract states nothing about getting a vacant home. These peple just want the commission! DO NOT FALL for they well maners and kinds words! They will tell you anything for a sale! They really dont care!
Double wide sale the seller couldn’t find or get the ID number. This was not brought up ti I paid for an appraisal. Now the realtor is lying saying she said something bs. She didn’t say anything till I approached her ,then the seller tried to find it. I lost $750 because of ignorance not on my part .
