We were referred to this woman by Zillow. We thought that whoever posted the listing had to show the house if it wasn’t posted by our realtor originally.. Pleasant lady but did not know a lot about real estate in general. Had to forward information to her and surprisingly she expected her sellers to pay a full commission even if there was not a buying agent involved. Make yourself aware of the rules before you're taken advantage of!
