Absolutely the worse !!!!!!!! I personally managed a group of clients all looking to buy properties close to each other and I have conducted a handful of deals with a few other agents /groups in the area and they were easy. I have talked to two different agents at Howard Hanna and they were both awful. The rudest of them all - listed a property that was never sold for the person who was considering to buy it . This is a review I left on their site after closing on our apartment - I wanted to share it here so I could ensure it would be seen. It’s long but worth a read, I promise. Let me be explicitly clear - we absolutely LOVED our experience with our agent. We’ve developed a personal relationship with her and we truly love her. We were struggling to find a place and once we signed on with her, the ball was rolling immediately. She was truly our saving grace.
