Barbara Fuller WAS NOT a"pleasant" person to work with. She was rude, very curt and not personable. If you make under $60,000 a year as a single person her tune changed, she didn't want to talk. Took forever to get the application for the apartment as if she was STALLING. I had to physically go to the realty office to PICK UP the application only to be DENIED the apartment.
