We are first time homebuyers and we were recommended to work with Josephine Velazquez by our relatives. Josephine was incredibly responsive, patient, and always made sure to accomodate our schedules. It is my opinion that others have had experiences similar to Andrew Miller. I won't go into further detail.
Debbi Jacob was an absolute nightmare to work with. She was unprofessional and rude. Items were broken and went missing, and she refused to take any responsibility or even apologize. She did not communicate well when she was coming and was caught several times in lies. The house sold in spite of her, and she did not deserve 1 cent of the commission. The whole process was horrendous from start to finish. Do not hire Debbi.
