The people in the office seemed nice, but Kate Bolton who works for them is a bit of a jerk. She was the seller's agent and was very rude to us as buyers. Totally unprofessional. She and the seller tried to get out of allowing a complete home inspection. They made up a story about not being able to run the water and test the septic. Before that, they even claimed that the home had been inspected recently so it doesn't need to be done again by us. They never offered a report of said inspection. I have purchased and sold four homes with realtors, and have never had a bad experience, until recently. Be careful of who you select as your agent because not all the agents working at this location have the knowledge or expertise to effectively execute a real estate transaction. The agent that we worked with was unprofessional and incompetent.
The people are very good at there jobs and very friendly
They have the best listings for houses for great prices...and the assistants from the workers is really on fleek!!!
