At the end of the day they sold my property however! My sales lady Martha gave me a big misconception on the broker fee, which was a major disappointment, letting that slide, when the property was sold that was the last I heard from her. No follow-up call no update no telling me how it went nothing absolutely nothing. Just took the check and ran. For me that's a deal breaker poor customer service. Never again!
I'm an experienced contractor, buyer and investor. I have had excellent relationships with realtors. I had an awful experience with this office, and Chester Enders. I simply asked a question about negotiating a buyer fee, and the relationship went sideways. Always interview realtors and find the right one, I happened to call on Saturday and catch Chester.
