Left detailed voicemail message for David Demchuk regarding property in Clifton Springs we wanted to sell. Never heard back from him. Must be he doesn’t need any more work this year. Called Hometown Realty in Phelps and had a return call one minute later! The next day Samantha Minns came through the home and she will have a proposal ready tomorrow. What a contrast!!

We were poorly represented. Took a while for agent to show the property to us. Then when trying to see it again, agent cancelled appointment due to illness and then calls to see if we were interested because there is another offer on it and realtor drops us and gives us to another realtor.
