We had the absolute Realtor Dream Team! Karen and Scott Schramm were amazing! They had incredible attention to detail and made multiple trips out to the vacation home we ended up purchasing. Our closing was delayed at no fault of their own and they worked tirelessly to get us all on track to close ASAP. I would ask them to represent us again in a heart beat! This review is specific to Howard Hannah and Murrysville. We have had an amazing experience with the Howard Hannah office in Newcastle. Howard Hannah Murrysville however does not conduct themselves in a professional manner. They did not file paperwork properly, and we’re now trying to fix issues with escrow paperwork. When we called them to understand what had happened they actually raise their voice and yelled at my wife! This is not a good experience or a professional office.
