Absolutely worst experience of my life, I have bought 4 homes in my life time and wanted to buy another one however there where huge issues with the house (inspector & several contractors determined active water leaking as well as rotten) instead of sending information to the sellers of all reports they argued with us and how they didn’t trust our inspector or the other SEVERAL contractors we sent out. Deceptive business,don't ever buy anything from Howard Hanna. Declosures are not honest and buyers get screwed and they tell you to lawyer up.
