Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! (The Kiski office) We don't hear from our Relator, we always have to follow up with him. We don't even get listings sent over to us, and his response was “ an IT ticket was put in”. It's been a week. We found a house we absolutely loved and if it looked as great as the pictures were going to put an offer in, but he canceled 2 hours before. I will be getting a new Relator and going with someone other than Howard Hanna. I will NOT recommend Howard Hanna to anyone.

If you are looking for a realtor, DO NOT USE Howard Hanna (Kiski Office). They did not ensure hand money was provided up front and did not ensure that contracts were properly signed before sending them to us. Now we are looking at 3 months without the $1,500 in hand money and their only suggestion is to take it to the magistrate and occur additional costs due to no fault of our own. We needed some time to reflect on the emotional roller coaster it is to sell the home that you built that was to be your forever home.
