Supposed to close on our house today, then was informed at nearly noon that we were unable to proceed because the new owners on the previous home did not hold up their end of the bargain. Now we might lose our new home, because the relator did not thoroughly check the new owners out and make sure they were ready for purchase for over a month, while we were vetted and approved for our own purchase weeks ago. I wouldn't let John Eaton sell my dog house. A beautiful offer was made by a family with a pre-approved loan and no contingencies yet he insulted the potential buyers by implying that there's no way they were pre-approved without selling their existing home. That house, which has been reduced in price, remains unsold.
