I went to drop my deposits check off for our new home we are buying. There website says they are open, I arrived and there was a sign out front that said agent on duty. I went to the door and it was locked. Called my realtor and she tried to get ahold of the agent and called the office many times with no answer. Do not put a sign in front of the building that says agent on duty when no one is actually there! And do not have hours on your website that says you are there when you are not! My first time selling a house and it was a horrible experience. My agent Linda Zukatuis did not look out for my best interest. She was unavailable by phone most of the time and preferred text messages. She failed to inform me that the buyer was asking for a sellers concession. I would not recommend her what so ever.
