Guy who sold us our house was alright, super nice. But he referred us to a home inspector and he passed the home. This house should have never been passed. We were told we could sue. We have invested 50,00 (and counting) into our home that was only suppose to be cosmetic. If you use Howard hanna DO NOT USE THEIR REFERRED HOME INSPECTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
