Growing up in the Mercer co area Howard Hanna was All over the place so when I grew up and had to help sell my parents house and land in grove city naturally I chose to call HH and was surprised how little concern was shown to the situation by our realtor who gave bad advice from the start. If you are a seller I would not recommend using this agency. The agent didn't do anything but put on Multi list to sell the property. I felt like they didn't properly show the property.
