Beth Russell from Howard Hanna had her 1st "Estate Sale" at one her clients at 625 West Gray St, Elmira at end of April in which I bought a king bed and she told 45-60 days for pickup.I then inquired June 15 where I was told I cannot pick up until mid to end July which she admitted past the time frame.I asked for money back and was told she would reach out to client. I moved here from out of town and had a great experience with this office. I'm glad my friend recommended them. Our move was kind of complicated and they were there to help every step of the way.
Asked for more information and never got an answer. Wasn't happy about that
