Purchased a house through Melissa in 2021. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service. Purchased another home through them in 2023. Again great service and guidance. I will use them again.
We drove 4 hours with our life packed in a 15ft. Uhaul and 2 dogs to move into a house on Lake St. in Cooperstown, NY. Sharon Teator, the realtor we had been in constant contact with up until the day of moving in, agreed to meet us between 5-6pm. We bought our house about 4-5 yrs ago threw Ms.Ough she did not tell us there was sulfur water,which is put in her report. I am writing this now as I just found this site. Do you know how much water we have bought because of her neglect just so she could sell the house to make profit for her pocket. Now she has done it again.
