I walked in needing directions, as my phone died and was greeted by a very nice Administrative Assistant and team of agents who were in the middle of a sales meeting. The manager offered me a hot beverage as it was very cold out and I didnt want to take up too much of their time but if I ever need a realtor, I know I can call and be directed to experienced and professional people. Afterwards, I did follow up with a thank you note. Great team, at the 384 N Main Street office!
Left detailed voicemail message for David Demchuk regarding property in Clifton Springs we wanted to sell. Never heard back from him. Must be he doesn’t need any more work this year. Called Hometown Realty in Phelps and had a return call one minute later! The next day Samantha Minns came through the home and she will have a proposal ready tomorrow. What a contrast!!
