The agent we originally signed-up with left Howard Hanna for a competing company and we were randomly assigned to a new agent. Our experience was terrible! The communication and customer service were mediocre at best. I was bullied into lowering the price of my home after a low ball offer was made because the agent told me “first offers are usually the best ones.” While I did come down in price, I refused to go as low as the agent recommended and guess what...the buyers came up!
