I was a first time home buyer and Andy made the entire process very smooth and easy to understand . He is very knowledgeable in what he does. Andy is also extremely responsive , which I appreciated a lot. I attempted to buy a home about 5 years ago with a different company and the pre approval process alone was extremely difficult. I came into this process nervous and not very hopeful, but came out of it a homeowner.

I went to the office at June 24 2025 at around 16:40. Nobody was even there. The door was locked and no car was at the parking lot. I just wanted to tell whoever is the manager. It is not acceptable that nobody is at the office during the business hours. This is extremely bad management. How can you close early and nobody is in charge? You just lock the client outside of the door even they came during business hours?
