6/12/2026 I am writing because I have serious concerns regarding my family's recent experience with a Howard Hanna agent, Richard Jackson, in connection with the property located at 9376 Knights Way in Brecksville, Ohio, which is currently pending sale. John is great at communicating throughout the entire mortgage process, especially when something is needed quickly to clear out a condition or bring the deal to a close. I also know that if John preapproved my buyer, he knows he can get that deal closed from the very beginning. It's always a pleasure working with him.
I really liked working with John. I was so worried about getting a mortgage and he took the time to explain everything to me so I could make smart choices and feel confident. My realtor Jenna was excellent too. She's genuinely nice and funny, as well as really smart about the work she does. I would use them both for any future purchases I would make.
