John Shami is very knowledgeable in what he does. Would highly recommend him.
Do not rent from here if you are low income. My sister has been without a sink for 2 weeks as it is clogged. She was told its a multi-unit issue by Sean so thats the reason its not fixed. The guy they have sent the last 3 times has been claimed to be a professional yet she's still walking her dishes up the steps to wash them. My sister doesn't deserve this nor does any low income renter.
