I was a low-maintenance tenant who paid rent on time, followed all lease requirements, maintained the property, and rarely needed assistance during my tenancy. I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding my interactions with Donna Tabar, particularly concerning her communication style and responsiveness to tenant concerns. Initially, my experience with Ms. Tabar started off well, giving the impression of a cooperative property manager. However, this quickly changed as I found her true character emerging in the midst of resolving tenant disputes. Ms. Tabar's tone during our exchanges has often come across as dismissive and negative.
