I actually loved the duplex and area I lived in. I loved the owners, they were so helpful and kept me updated on everything--thank goodness I had their phone number. The Howard Hanna property manager was another story. It always took a while for her to get back to me. She would call me days after maintenance and/or builders came to the house to work on it, telling me they were coming (THEY HAD ALREADY CAME LOL) I also had an incident with the neighbors sharing the side by side duplex I lived in. I’ve had several problems with Jennifer Acklin please read photos I didn’t have enough room to write them down so I sent a photo of my complaints they might not be in order but it explains what I’m going through I’m also having problems with the tenants downstairs slamming doors and making noise please pray for me
Nikko and Christian was great to work with Diana Powell and her team is a whole nother horror story and they won't contact me back to try to fix the situation
Horrible property manager, Jennifer Acklin. Very dismissive, cold, and extremely rude. Questions are usually not replied or replied really long time after I send multiple texts. Refused to schedule a time for move-out inspection without any reason for the rental unit I’m in. She will try to make your life harder than it is. Avoid her all costs especially if you are an international student/young professional.
I had a very UPSETTING experience with Jennifer Acklin. Her attitude towards people of what she thinks is of a "lower status" needs to be adjusted. Jennifer is judgmental and will discriminate against you for your source of income. She will talk down to you as if you're an illiterate child and will try to make you feel less than. If I were just giving a review on this experience alone I would give Howard Hanna 1 star because that's the lowest I can go, but it deserves 0 stars.
