I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding my interactions with Donna Tabar, particularly concerning her communication style and responsiveness to tenant concerns. Initially, my experience with Ms. Tabar started off well, giving the impression of a cooperative property manager. Terrible property management. If you can avoid renting a property from them do it at all costs.
This is the absolute worst company to rent from that I've ever experienced in my life. They give you a piece of trash that's overpriced with a kitchen and bathroom from the 1950s, with electricity that barely works, and property managers that never want to call you when you call them. Then they try to charge you an extra money when you try to move out. Keller Williams didn't do that. As a matter of fact no landlord I've ever rented from his ever done that. I would be cautious of the property management department at Howard Hanna. They charge illegal late fees. The property manager has only been seen less than 5x in 4 years. Check your invoice and report them if you see excessive charges. Like charging late fees by the day or too much on a small portion of the rent. They won't show you the water bill so you can't detect a leak but it's then your high bills. Stay away from Jennifer at all cost.
I actually loved the duplex and area I lived in. I loved the owners, they were so helpful and kept me updated on everything--thank goodness I had their phone number. The Howard Hanna property manager was another story. It always took a while for her to get back to me. She would call me days after maintenance and/or builders came to the house to work on it, telling me they were coming (THEY HAD ALREADY CAME LOL) I also had an incident with the neighbors sharing the side by side duplex I lived in.
