Howard answered my call right away. Set up an appointment with no problem. Has very flexible hours and convienient location. Was very friendly and efficient. Cost of service was extremely reasonable, couldnt argue that price. I paid double that a few years ago with someone else. So no complaints here. I highly suggest you go with Howard Halligan for a drug and alcohol evaluation couldnt ask for better services.
