Staff = friendly, professional, good communicators in response to questions or concerns about the treatment/post-treatment processes. On my recent visit, Berlin and Leah were assisting Dr. Pack - they coordinated well with each other while working with me and with Dr. Pack. Everything about this office is first-rate.
