Fantastic family owned business.
I contacted the owner based on a recommendation from our landlord. We were looking for a polished concrete finish in our lobby. I spoke with the owner and sent texts. He asked me to send a floor plan as well as actual pictures of the lobby so he could give me "ball park quote". Then, he was going to visit the location in person. He never responded back to my texts. I've have called and left messages to no avail. It was very unprofessional to say the least.
