We had such a great experience with Dr. Hale for my son. What stood out the most was how intentional he was about building trust—he even asked us not to speak for our son so he could communicate directly with him and develop that relationship. That meant a lot, especially since my son can get anxious at appointments. I had an appointment with Dr.Gale March 22, 2023. This was my first appointment; my first time meeting him and his staff. Let’s start with staff first. I can only describe staff. I do not know their names. The full figure nurse was very beautiful, very patient, very professional, and very knowledgeable.
