I went to Dr. Groshell and explained every problem I had and told him with my chronic problems I for the most part had to keep moving all day to avoid pain. this leads to severe muscle spasms and chronic pain if I don't keep moving. I had what Dr. Groshell called a "mild bunion" I was hoping for suggestion of an ortho shoe or insert but the only hope he offered was a simple bunionectomy he explained the procedure "just shave the bunion.
