When I attended this Clinic, I was sold a tube of anti inflammatory (Diclofenac gel 3%) for $15 paid with my visa. The staff member advised that he had given me a discount. I later received an invoice for my visit which I paid in full. Several months later, I received an invoice for another $17 for the Diclofenac gel(total $32). I sent the invoice back with a letter stating that I was quoted $15 and that is what I should be charged. This was ignored and further bills arrived. Dr. Howard Finklestein is an outstanding physician, one who cares taking his time to analyze your case and answer ALL your questions or concerns. He will even ask you if you have any further questions, comments, or even edits to his responses - unique and outstanding! This is his "modus-operandi" - on all my visits. I found a Podiatrist for life! His staff, on the other hand must improve on diligence, non-procrastination and forgo conformism; and, cut on the office chatter.

I am very grateful to Dr. Finkelstein and his staff Isabel for caring for my son this morning. Isabel took the time to check with the doctor and fit my son into the schedule immediately this morning when I called. The doctor was very generous with his time, even though he was getting ready to head out on vacation. Dr. Finkelstein has been my podiatrist for about 20 years. He has performed several surgeries on my diabetic feet. I trust him completely. As long as I am alive, Dr. Finkelstein cannot ever retire!
