Cody came over at 8am like a super hero, removed my water heater and went to get a new one and was done by 10:30am. Super pleasant to work with.
Skilled plumber solved my problem with best possible results.
I'm so disappointed in this company. I thought they did a great job the first time around so I called them again when I noticed a leak behind my fridge. Turns out it was the fridge so nothing they could do but in the process of searching for the leak the guy mentioned the water heater not being done correctly. He didn't realize that the company he was working for did the work. I was willing to pay to have it done properly but the technician didn't have the part.
